Celebrity Mommy Snapback: Tips From Personal Trainer on How To Lose The Baby Weight

How do these celebs do it? They have a baby and then it seems like the next day, they are back to their pre-pregnancy weight! Didn't you just give birth? How is that possible? Well, obviously if you're a celeb, you've got a team devoted to getting you back into your best shape, but for the rest of us it might take a little longer. That being said, it can still be done!

You'd be surprised at how many calories you can burn a day as a parent. Dr. Caroline Cederquist, M.D. Founder of bistroMD and celeb trainer Denise Austin, both agree. As the creators of "the new mommy diet,"  these pros have teamed up to show everyday moms just how many calories they are burning throughout the day. The good news: there are a lot of things you already do that naturally burn off calories and none of them include spending celebrity bucks on a snapback team.
